What about patient data protection?
We build the system so that medical information never enters it: a name, a phone number, a service and a time are all that booking and reminders require. Diagnoses, test results and consultation notes stay inside your medical software. Storage and access rules are agreed before the work starts.
We have our own clinic software. Do we have to replace it?
No. We start from an export of your patient list and schedule, which means the system works the same with any software. A direct integration with your clinic system is possible, but it is a separate step that makes sense later, once the first results are visible.
Will the patient realise they are talking to software?
We never pretend to be a live receptionist and we do not deceive people. The system introduces itself as the clinic's assistant, stays polite and to the point, and hands the conversation to a human as soon as the question goes beyond booking. What the patient values is getting an answer immediately, not who exactly answered.
Will our receptionist lose her job?
The opposite — she gets her time back. The system takes over the mechanical part: answering a routine question, sending a reminder, filling a free slot. Conversations with an anxious patient, complicated rescheduling and live contact at the front desk stay with a person, and she does them better when she is not torn between the phone and the desk.
How long does it take to launch?
One block takes two to three weeks, including testing on real data. The whole system takes roughly a month. Starting with a single block is better: you see the result quickly and then decide whether to expand.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what exactly we build and how many locations you run. We do not keep a fixed price list: first a fifteen-minute review, then a concrete proposal with scope, timeline and price. The review is free and commits you to nothing.
